| Andee and Fred hiked Bar Island (at Bar Harbor, near Acadia National Park in Maine) in September 2021. We head down the bar about 1 1/2 hours before low tide, along with a crowd of other hikers at this popular spot. In the distance you can see (if you go to "full size") that there is still a section of the bar under water. |
