close-up section of the dome art painting at St Charles' Church in Vienna, Austria

It's neat to see the dome art up close. In a conservative church I have seen negative depictions: lower-life groveling to kiss the Big-guy's toe ring, the Big-guy stepping on his enemy's neck, and an angel army tossing infidels into Hell. In this liberal church are positive depictions: a mother nursing her child, a woman attending the sick, and angels giving water to the thirsty and money to the poor.
