Straight-branched Coral (Ramaria stricta) in August on Whiteface Mountain in the White Mountains of New Hampshire

All this summer's rain has nurtured large mushroom growth, such as this Straight-branched Coral (Ramaria stricta). This mushroom was formerly called Clavaria stricta.
