I did a solo hike up Table Rock (2500-ft; Dixville Notch State Park, NH) in June 2003. I went up the "steep" trail, listed in the AMC Guide as "D2"; but labeled "57" as a link in The Dixville Notch Heritage Trail.

There is a super view of The Balsams Wilderness from Table Rock.
