Driving (one way from Nashua, NH):

Distance: 160 miles
Time: 2 hours 55 minutes
Parking: at roadside
Roads:
 - Everett Turnpike north
 - Route 93 north to Exit 35
 - Route 3 north (10.2 miles past the junction with Route 110 in Groveton)
 - Lamm's Trail east (for 1 mile, or farther if the washouts are repaired or you have a super vehicle)

Hiking (round trip):

Distance: 5 miles
Time: 4 hours
Trail: lumber-roads, skidder road and bushwhack
    - walk the extension of Lamm's Trail for about 0.5 miles, to the open area
    - hike clockwise on the outgoing lumber road for about 1.5 miles
    - hike a skidder road southeast for about 0.4 miles, to the col
    - bushwhack southwest for about 0.2 miles, to the summit
