Round-leaved Sundew on Mount Rosebrook in New Hampshire

...and also Round-leaved Sundew (Drosera rotundifolia). The guidebook says the reddish leaf hairs produce dewdrops of sticky fluid that attracts and traps insects, a source of nutrients. This is one of those rare plants that eats animals!
