Memorial Bridge crossing to Maine at Portsmouth in New Hampshire

Betty Lou and Fred revisited Portsmouth Waterfront in December 2014. This time we walk out on Memorial Bridge for the view. Here is one of the rebuilt towers that lifts the whole center road for boats to pass under.
