Chuck and Fred did a bushwhack to Pilot Ridge Middle Peak (3615-ft; White Mountains, NH) in June 2006. We took an old lumber road and unofficial trail to the col between Middle Peak and Mt. Mary, then bushwhacked up the ridge through mostly open woods to Middle Peak. We also hiked to Mt. Mary, since we were right there.

A Green Frog makes itself at home in a shallow puddle on the old lumber road.
