Paul and Fred hiked Percival in early March 2004. The view south over Squam Lake is superb from the summit ledge (that's me on the edge). We had hoped to get sunset photos; but incoming weather obscured the evening sky. The trail was in yucky spring condition: mushy snow, ice and mud -- a little tricky hiking down by headlamp.
