| After two weeks of continuous humidity and rain (VERY unusual summer weather for NH!) the woods smell like a fetid tropical forest. But the decay spawns an amazing array of beautiful mushrooms, such as this trailside clump. They are probably Common Laccaria (Laccaria laccata). |
