Spanish Flag (Ipomoea lobata)

In August we visited Story Land in Glen, NH, and find Spanish Flag (Ipomoea lobata). Identification is pretty easy from the flowers, but this vine also has unusual leaves: toothed and 3-fingered on reddish stems. This garden flower is known by lots of other names, including Mina lobata, Ipomoea versicolor and Firecracker Vine.
