And here is Black Cherry (Prunus serotina) with immature berries.

The most distinguishing feature is the line of red-brown hairs on the lower half of the leaf underside midrib (lower right photo corner).

Other identification clues are the fine wavy leaf teeth and short-stemmed berries.
