Rebecca enjoys the fine summit conditions during the calm before an incoming storm (note the haze in the distance). The storm caused a temperature inversion: at the trailhead it was in the teens, but at the top it was a relatively balmy 35 F. Fortunately, we made the drive home before the precipitation started.
