Eleven of us (Hal, Bev, Bill, Dan, Ed, Fred, Jonathan, Larry, Leon, Nancy and Rick) did a traverse over Franconia Ridge, via the Flume Slide, Franconia Ridge and Greenleaf trails on the first Wednesday in September 2003. We hiked the "L"-chain peaks: (F)'lume, Liberty, Little Haystack, Lincoln and Lafayette. Incoming weather made the views spectacular.
