I did a solo hike up Mt. Moosilauke, South Peak (4523-ft), Mt. Jim (4172-ft) and Mt. Blue (4529-ft) via the Glencliff Trail in July 2003. There were a lot of people enjoying the fine weather on Moosilauke, including a paid caretaker and a Forest Service "ridge runner".

Even on a beautiful Saturday in July, I had South Peak to myself! I put my camera on the cairn and took this photo while a little dramatic cloud cover lingered.
