Dick W. and Fred hiked Green Mtn. for sunset via the High Watch Trail in February 2006. We brought snowshoes for the icy trail, oodles of clothing for the summit, and headlamps for the moonless descent.

From the summit tower we see what looks like an explosion as the sun sets toward Mt. Shaw.
