Tom and Fred did a traverse over Mount Avalon (3442-ft), Mount Field (4340-ft) and Mount Willey (4285-ft; White Mountains, NH) via the Avalon, Willey Ridge and Kendron Flume trails in February 2002. This gray jay finds a cool perch atop Mount Field.
