Tom and Fred hiked Doublehead Mtn. (3053-ft; White Mountains, NH) in November 2002. We followed another hiker's steps up to North Doublehead and then broke trail through six inches of snow over to South Doublehead.

Tom looks northwest from South Doublehead toward the Presidentials and Carter Notch.
