Dick and Fred visited Deer Leap Natural Area (Windham, NH) on a rainy day in December 2008.

Dick heads past a scary-looking Pitch Pine (Pinus rigida) to peer over the cliff edge.

On the far side is a straight drop to the water, complete with rock-climbing anchors.
