Pat sits amongst her sherpas, sporting a makeshift splint (red) and litter (yellow), while talking with Brian (from "Search and Rescue"), who met us near the trailhead.

Pat broke her leg on the way down and her companions Diane and Jayne (both nurses) provided wilderness first aid.

Six of us (we were joined by another hiker, Ellen) carried Pat 2.5 miles down the mountain.
