| Near the summit is a patch of Fringed Bindweed. On this individual the twining red stem is twisted on itself. The inset on the lower left shows a detail of the tiny flowers: delicate with a tinge of pink. This plant has two competing scientific names: Polygonum cilinode and Fallopia cilinode. |
