Adams 5 is west of Mt. Adams (where Israel Ridge Path and Gulfside Trail diverge).

It's really just a rock pile, barely making the 100-foot-col requirement to be on the Trailwrights list.

(Sam Adams is a similar rock pile, next to Thunderstorm Junction.)
