Our tour includes a brief visit to Lisbon, Portugal, where we
see the Monument to the Explorers, with Columbus leading
at the prow of this huge concrete statue on the waterfront.
(I printed a 24x32-inch copy of this photo for our camera club in 2004 to show that digital had become as good as film.) |
